Refund Policy

Our policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for medical services and products.

At New Life Health Labs, we strive to provide the highest quality telemedicine services and wellness products. Due to the nature of prescription medications, medical services, and customized health products, our refund and return policies are strictly defined to comply with legal regulations and ensure patient safety.

Please review this policy carefully. By using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Prescription Medications

Federal and state laws strictly prohibit the return of prescription medications once they have been dispensed by a pharmacy. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any prescription products once the order has been processed by our affiliated pharmacies and shipped.

If you believe there was an error in the dispensing of your medication or if you received the incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.

3. Telemedicine Consultations

Consultation fees cover the professional time and medical expertise of our licensed healthcare providers. These fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation has taken place, regardless of whether a prescription is ultimately issued to you.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
  • No-shows: Missed appointments without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or compromised during transit, we will work with you and our pharmacy partners to make it right.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.
  • Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage when contacting our support team.
  • Depending on the situation and subject to verification, we may arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.

5. Auto-Refills

For convenience, many of our treatment plans operate on an auto-refill basis. You are responsible for managing your account preferences and shipment schedules. You may cancel your automated refills or delay a shipment at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@theglpdoctor.com. Once an auto-refill order has been processed and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

6. Non-Prescription Products

For unopened, non-prescription supplements or merchandise, We do not accept returns after purchase, and all sales are final.
