Where we ship and provide medical services across the United States.
New Life Health Labs, LLC only ships medication to the United States (50 states). The company does not service nor will it ship any product to any address that is not located within the 50 United States.
Our practitioners are licensed in all 50 states (some practitioners may not be licensed in all 50 states and therefore will not provide services to anyone located in a state where they are not licensed). The practitioner that reviews your questionnaire and intake information will be licensed in your state and will provide the best care and recommendations for you.
Medical services are contracted by New Life Health Labs, LLC and the medical providers have the final authority at all times over whether or not a medication is suitable and prescribed for the patient. Should the medical provider decide that a medication is not in the best interest of the patient, the cost of the consultation will be non-refundable. However, the patient will not be charged for any medications that are not approved and prescribed by the practitioner.
If the patient is charged for medication and they are rejected by the medical practitioner for that medication, the company will refund any charges less the cost of the consultation to the patient. If a patient feels they were wrongly charged for a medication, they can contact the company at support@theglpdoctor.com.
New Life Health Labs, LLC is only interested in care that is in the best interest of the patient. If the medical provider deems that the medication the patient is requesting is not in the best interest of the patient, then the medical provider's decision is final. The practitioner may offer an alternative medication based on what they believe is in the best interest of the patient.
